GS Hair Products s.r.o. e-shop is operated by GS Hair Products s.r.o. (ICO: 261 33 164, DIC: CZ 261 33 164), based at Mladoboleslavská 73, 197 00 Praha 9 - Kbely, Czech Republic.

I. Orders

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and GS Hair Products s.r.o.  will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons:

· We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

· A pricing or product description error has been identified.

· You have not met the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main terms and conditions.

· The product you have ordered is unavailable.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email. GS Hair Products s.r.o.  reserves the rights to cancel orders that haven't met all requirements.

All prices are without DPH (VAT). You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you pay. Your order will be dispatched provided that your payment has been approved. Please note we only accept payment in Czk. All invoices will be sent to billing address and not the delivery address if the named recipient of the order differs.

II. Availability

GS Hair Products s.r.o. is kept as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid.

III. How to cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@gshairproducts.com and include the following:

· Customer name

· Order number

· Date of order

Please be advised that if you decide to cancel an order once payment has been received into our account, we will need to charge you 5% of the total amount to cover the cost of bank transaction fees.

If your order has already been dispatched to you, please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy.

IV. Returns policy

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@gshairproducts.com prior to sending your return.

a) Unwanted products

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days from receiving the item. We will make an exchange or refund (excluding postage you paid for both sending and returning). We can only offer the exchange of an item if it is still available in our stock.

Your returned item(s) will be accepted, provided:

· The product(s), is returned in perfect condition and is still in its original packaging.

· Labels, stickers and anything else that came with the item are still attached.

· Returned items show no sign of usage.

· Products have no sign of damage - refer to 'Faulty Products'.

· Original invoice and delivery list accompanies the returned item(s).

· Products were not purchased from other retailers.

· The return policy deadlines are met.

b) Faulty Products

However, if a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. We can only offer the exchange of an item if it is still available in our stock.

If you receive any goods that are different to what you ordered or damaged, you must inform us immediately - within 1 day of receiving your parcel! We will first provide you with a return authorization number then you can send the faulty product back to us. The return delivery deadline is 14 days from receipt. Please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. If the posting certificate is not provided, we will not pay for it.

Your returned item(s) will be accepted for consideration, provided:

· The product(s), is returned in perfect condition and is still in its original packaging.

· Labels, stickers and anything else that came with the item must still be attached.

· Returned items show no sign of usage.

· All other necessary documents as Original invoice, Return authorization number, Written description of faults are provided.

The claim will not be accepted, if:

· Products were purchased from other retailers

· The goods were damaged by careless handling or improper usage

· The items were damaged during delivery (must be dealt with dispatch company directly)

· The return policy deadlines are not met

· The items were damaged by natural hazards

The buyers responsibilities:

The buyer (you) will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt. We also strongly encourage you to insure the parcel.

The buyer (you) is obligated to check the condition of the goods immediately upon taking delivery. Should you notice any sign of damage, advice the dispatch company immediately. By accepting the parcel you are approving that the dispatched company has fulfilled their conditions.

Other terms:

GS Hair Products s.r.o. will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery.

GS Hair Products s.r.o.  will try to deal with each return case without necessary delays. However, the claim process may take up to 28 days from receiving the item back at our postal address.

V. Description of products

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content, change prices described in it, at any time without notice. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

VI. Privacy Policy

GS Hair Products s.r.o.  respects your privacy. We guarantee that your personal details such as your name, email address etc. remain confidential and will not be provided to any third party. In order to process orders online, we need information including your billing address, email address and payment details.

We hold your personal details on a secure database. By ordering online you give us consent to use your personal details for processing your order, processing your payment, arranging delivery, and retaining your purchasing details for statistical analysis.
