What is a promocode?
A promocode is a unique code which offers discounts, free gifts with purchase and various other ongoing promotional offers.

Where can I enter my Promocode?
A promocode can be entered via the GS Hair homepage top left hand corner or on the main banner also on the products listing page and all check out pages.

How can I get a promocode?
There are various ways that you can get promocodes.

  • We offer a promocode to our Facebook Fans (become a fan)
  • When you place an order, on the order confirmation page you can recommend up to three friends that will also receive a promocode automatically via email.
  • If you are an employee of a company that has signed up to the GS Corporate scheme
  • Affiliates and partners also advertise promocodes to their members

How quickly can you deliver?
Orders processed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Products usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Order products now!

Can I get free delivery?
Delivery is free anywhere in the Czech Republic if you spend over 990 Kč (39 EUR).

Can I return products?
Products can be returned provided the packaging has not been opened. Just post them back to us and we will refund you via bank transfer.

Can I telephone to place an order?
Yes we are contactable by email or phone to give assistance and take any orders or enquiries. The contact number is +420 286 006 926.

Is it possible to see the products in person rather then buying them over the internet?
Our products can be seen in all major cosmetics retail stores in the Czech Republic (see the "Resellers" page). We invite resellers to our Warehouse in Prague 9 to view products directly. The warehouse is situated at Mladoboleslavska 73, Prague 9, 197 00.

Do you accept orders from outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. We accept orders from all countries however some brands cannot be delivered to some countries. If we are unable to send a product to your country you will be asked to remove it from your basket during the checkout process.

What if I am not around when my order is delivered?
The delivery service we use requires a signature in order for the goods to be handed over. If you choose to use the Czech Post services, they will leave a notification card in your letter box and store your parcel at your local post office. If you choose to deliver via PPL, you will be contacted by the delivery man to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please make sure you provide us with a correct contact number during the checkout process.

How secure is GS Hair?
Very secure. In order for our business to survive we must protect our customers. We do not store any credit card payment information (this is handled directly by the bank) and we use an encrypted channel for payments made on-line (SSL). All personal data stored by GSHair is protected under EU legislation and local law. For optimum security, never share your user name and password.
